About Megan Lyons:
Megan is a 37-year-old health and wellness expert and owner of The Lyons’ Share Wellness. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Kevin (they met on move-in day at Harvard 19 years ago, and started dating two weeks later!) and their adorable dogs, Maverick and Riley.
Her passion in life is helping others feel amazing, inside and out. In addition to health coaching, She loves reading, being active (through strength training, walking, running, triathlons, yoga, HIIT workouts, bootcamps, and more!), experimenting with healthy and delicious foods, learning everything she can about nutrition and fitness, traveling (alone and with others), spending time with family and friends, and anything involving the outdoors. She wakes up every day excited to do what she loves!
She graduated from Harvard University with honors in economics in 2007, and received her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2012. She spent 2007-2014 as a management/ strategy consultant. She received a Certificate of Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011, and completed a Masters in Holistic Nutrition from Hawthorn University in 2019. She is Board Certified as a Holistic Nutritionist by NANP, and is also a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist as designated by CNCB. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition from University of Western States. If you can’t tell, she loves education!
